We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist, passionate and experienced in digital marketing, content creation, online publishing, social media and product development, to join our highly-motivated Marketing department.

Your main duties include (but are not limited to):

• Brand monitoring and responding to client queries via diverse online channels
  
• Social media outreach management
  
• Defining, implementing and monitoring customer feedback management strategy
  
• Carrying out customer feedback collection and analysis processes
  
• Channeling collected customer feedback to corresponding departments, suggesting changes and supervising change implementation
  
• Analyzing competitors, industry trends and preparing reports
  
• Preparing content for online advertising campaigns
  
• Writing and editing of publications, newsletters, news articles and press releases (if any)

Reikalavimai

• Excellent English and Lithuanian communication skills (C1/2)
  
• Portuguese communication skills would be an advantage
  
• A university degree in Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
  
• Marketing communications work experience
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines
  
• Good MS office and Wordpress skills
  
• Passion for technology
