Job Description
- Planning and implementing promotional, sales and PR campaigns based on company’s objectives;
- Continuous analysis of marketing campaign success, competitor strategies and tactics;
- Participating in decision-making and providing insights regarding marketing budget allocation;
- Facilitating input from analysts’ team to marketing activities;
- Continuous search for new local sales channels;
- Daily work with partners and agencies to reach set objectives;
Requirements
- Previous experience in field of marketing or other relevant position;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Good understanding of Lithuanian marketing environment (online and offline);
- Good understanding and experience with digital channels (SEM, SEO, Social, affiliates etc.) and performance marketing;
- Understanding and experience in content strategies and copywriting;
- Performance based attitude and hands-on approach
- Flexible, proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
