Marketing manager | Private label

• Participate in innovation pipeline, development and launch, including product packaging and customer communication for all Private Label (PL) innovations;

• Work with the package design for assigned product lines, managing product brand development;

• Establish/develop professional relationships with key internal stakeholders and PL third partners (suppliers, design agencies, etc.) to lead / move projects forward on timely basis;

• Develop market entry plans for portfolio of PL categories across retail business in conjunction with

• Marketing & Sales teams;

• Prepare & control marketing budget for PL brands, develop monthly activities plan including marketing, merchandising and promotional opportunities in order to meet / exceed PL margin, sales and strategic objectives;

• Take responsibility for monitoring industry trends to ensure PL products are aligned with customer and market requirements;

• Participate in developing and delivering product presentations, act as an expert / ambassador on PL products.

• Ideal candidate should be self-motivated, pro-active individual who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating cross-functionally in pursuit of company objectives;

• Min 2 Y of marketing experience (PL development will be considered as significant advantage);

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Lithuanian & English);

• Ability to analyze analytical data, create & present business plans;

• Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate a vision in a way that inspires a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals;

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;

• Ability to work independently, multi-task and be highly organized;

• A go-getter attitude with strong desire to succeed;

• Experience working with MS Office and design programs.
