Job Description

  • Implement and develop marketing (mostly digital marketing) strategy in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; 
  • Provide end-to-end marketing project management, suggest new projects; 
  • Analyse and report on project/campaign results, present and quantify performance, findings, and insights. 
  • Work with social networks and develop other digital marketing channels;  
  • Collaborate with others to design, develop and implement digital projects; 
  • Supervise, coordinate and lead the marketing team. 

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing (not only hands-on, but in strategic and project management level as well); 
  • Project management skills; 
  • Good understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics, Facebook Ads; 
  • Understanding business needs; 
  • Communication and time management skills (as well as the ability to delegate tasks);
  • Very good English skills;
  • Analytical, initiative and result oriented person, who is constantly learning and strives for improvement.
