Job Description
- Implement and develop marketing (mostly digital marketing) strategy in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
- Provide end-to-end marketing project management, suggest new projects;
- Analyse and report on project/campaign results, present and quantify performance, findings, and insights.
- Work with social networks and develop other digital marketing channels;
- Collaborate with others to design, develop and implement digital projects;
- Supervise, coordinate and lead the marketing team.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing (not only hands-on, but in strategic and project management level as well);
- Project management skills;
- Good understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics, Facebook Ads;
- Understanding business needs;
- Communication and time management skills (as well as the ability to delegate tasks);
- Very good English skills;
- Analytical, initiative and result oriented person, who is constantly learning and strives for improvement.
