Development, approval and implementation of online / offline projects in accordance with legal regulations, policies and company regulations.
Planning, writing, approval, publication, performance evaluation, content improvement (SMM, Email, Web, POSM) - both independently and by contractor management
Management of a contractor for maintaining SMM communication channels (daily communication with a counterparty, providing materials for content development, posting control, receiving reports on KPIs, implementing an SMM strategy)
Development and production of POS materials for offline and online use, including by means of Microsoft Office
Working with designers, typography, other online and offline contractors, setting and monitoring the execution of creative tasks in accordance with the brand book
Communication with the global team to adapt the global marketing strategy
Creation and management of email-mailings (promotional, service, news, invitations)
Integration of Lead generation tools into marketing activities in order to increase the number of potential customers, requests for consultation on the product
Updating the database with lists of participants in educational events (Hubspot)
Development and support of initiatives to attract potential customers, tracking conversions and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns online and offline using available tools
Participation in the organization of key events of the company (exhibitions, conferences, seminars): development and implementation of a branding concept, POS-materials, work distribution of the involved personnel and etc.
Working with contractors: selection, approval, optimization of work, setting tasks, monitoring performance
Budget control, optimization of estimates and costs.
The entire cycle of document flow for projects: preparation, approval, implementation, control and reporting.
Requirements
Higher education
From 3 years of experience in marketing (event management, SMM , PR, POS materials etc)
Fluent English
Desirable – experience in medical devices business or pharma.
