Marketplaces Specialist (Mid/Senior)

Pulsetto, UAB
2700 - 4200 €/m Gross
Occasional remote work possibility

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketplaces Specialist (Mid/Senior) to help take Pulsetto’s global marketplace presence to the next level. In this role, you will partner directly with our Marketplaces Manager to drive growth, optimize performance, and maintain flawless account health across Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and emerging channels.

This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives on independence, loves data-driven optimization, and is ready to bring solutions—not just flag problems—to the table. If you are looking for a position where your impact is directly visible and where successful performance unlocks a fast track to senior channel leadership, you’ve found it.

  • Own the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart. You will monitor inventory levels, manage support cases, resolve issues, and protect our account health fiercely (aiming for zero critical incidents).
  • Continually audit and improve product listings across all platforms. You will fine-tune titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content to maximize search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Draft high-converting listing copy and establish clear creative guidelines for our design team to build stellar visual assets.
  • Dive into the data. You’ll pull performance reports, identify emerging trends, and transform raw metrics into actionable growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between departments. You’ll sync with the Creative team for visual assets, the Logistics/Supply team for inventory alignment, and Compliance partners to keep us safely within platform policies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, with proven expertise in handling Amazon Seller Central at a mid-to-senior level. Experience with Walmart, Faire, or other global platforms is a major plus.
  • SEO & Conversion Focus: A track record of optimizing product detail pages (PDPs) for both algorithms and humans. You know what makes a listing rank and what makes a customer click "Buy Now."
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with e-commerce data. You don't just look at dashboards; you understand how to turn metrics into a roadmap for revenue growth.
  • Sharp Communication Skills: Excellent copywriting abilities in English, with the capacity to write compelling product text and brief creative teams effectively.
  • Extreme Ownership: You have a proactive, "bring-solutions" attitude. In your first 90 days, you are excited to identify gaps, flag issues early, and initiate improvements on your own momentum.
  • Collaborative Agility: Ability to coordinate smoothly with logistics, creative, and compliance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Company offers

  • Private health insurance after 6 months.
  • Hybrid model — 3 days in the Vilnius office.
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility: Ability to work from anywhere in the world for up to 40 days per year.
  • Opportunity to directly influence brand trust and organic growth at a global scale.
  • Collaboration with a world-class team across Europe and the US.
  • Office perks — free lunch 3x/week for the Vilnius team.
  • Additional vacation days based on tenure.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Pulsetto device to support your well-being.
  • A fast-growing, supportive environment where experimentation is the norm.
