Job Description
- Customer data management and analyses
- Process business requests related to the creation, maintenance and mutation of customer data
- Resolving troubleshooting problems, improving the quality and accuracy of customer data
- Participating in routine audits and data cleaning activities
- Working closely with other team members worldwide
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Data management in a multinational environment or SSC
- Proficient IT skills including Excel
- Knowledge of SAP platform would be an advantage
