If you are bold and #creative media expert having ambition to shape and champion media field for one of the biggest advertisers in the market - this is an exciting opportunity for you.

You will:
• Contribute to achievement of #business and brand objectives by defining effective media strategies in cooperation with media agency.
• #Drive media negotiations and audit the performance.
• Develop campaign by campaign plans and manage #implementation across all channels in #collaboration with marketing team and media agency.
• Evaluate media and campaign performance.
• Plan and control marketing budget.
• Assess advertising & sponsorship #opportunities to deliver more efficient and effective programs.

We expect you to have:

• Expertise in media management, at least 5 years experience in the field.
• Competencies in #customer focus, change and innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building and influencing, results focus and inspirational #leadership.
• Experience in defining and executing media strategies.
• Strong #knowledge of marketing and media landscape.
• Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving in a fast and #agile environment.
• Experience of working with cross functional teams including internal partners and agencies.
• Ability to influence teams and champion #innovations.
• Broad #understanding of program management concepts and tools, including technical, innovation process, marketing management, financial and operations functions.
• Fluent both in Lithuanian and English.
