• Manage patient’s medical records information (the items that specifically pertain to patient’s visit with physician or mid. level practitioner) received from USA hospitals.
• Log in directly into individual USA hospitals system.
• Prepare patient’s medical records information for other company’s divisions: electronically print or download information about patient’s visits into specific software that belongs to the company.
• Perform other duties of a Medical Records Team Member.
• Meet routine deadlines and work schedules as well as timely and accurate completion of special projects and any other duties as assigned.
• Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management.
• Understand, support, enforce and comply with all company policies, procedures and standards of business ethics and conduct.
• Display a positive attitude as well as professional, polite, considerate and courteous conduct and treatment of others in the course of duties.
Requirements
• Bilingual Lithuanian and English.
• Intermediate computer operating skills.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• The ability to organize work and meet established deadlines.
• Numeric data entry by touch of 10,000 KSPH preferred.
