Job Description

Be regarded as an expert in relevant Hematology areas by target customer groups, i.e. internal customers, commercial partners, key opinion leaders and specialist within the therapeutic areas in all 3 Baltic countries.
Develop clinical and technical expertise on Janssen's Hematology/Oncology products and its related medical fields and competitors.
Develop and maintain contacts with thought leaders, in accordance with the strategy developed by the Company to gain insight into treatment patterns, the scientific activities taking place within the disease area and the needs of health care providers in the disease area.
To maximize the company product's value through high scientific quality communication with leading specialists on a peer-to-peer basis.
Be the primary contact for hematologists, oncologists and their supporting teams in the relevant clinics.
Ensure communication of scientific information abut clinical studies, clinical data and products.
To organize Medical Education activities including program development, speaker selection and support.
Develop and contribute to scientific presentations (e.g., abstracts or articles based on secondary data) under the guidance of the Medical Affairs Manager.
Provide marketing and sales, and other internal stakeholders, with medical training, support, feedback and intelligence regarding the market environment and clinical strategies within the immunology area.
To support the set up and follow up of registries and other non-interventional Medical Affairs studies, including participation in investigator meetings preparation, recruitment follow-up and study result presentation.
To maintain updated knowledge about clinical activities and studies conducted within the therapeutic area in their region.
To act as a reference point to Area Account Managers for any scientific query, in collaboration with Medical Information as appropriate.
To provide input to the company's Medical Affairs Plan.
Give support to medical review of marketing material and regulatory texts (SPCs), including the support of regulatory RMP related activities.

Requirements

Experience of working in a similar field based role, clinical research or other similar role with strong evidence of leading healthcare professional interactions. Preference in Oncology or Hematology.
MD or university degree within Medicine, Bioscience or Pharmacy.
3 years' industry experience in oncology or hematology.
Strong commitment to create value for the oncology or hematology community.
Capable of effective communication in oral and written English language.
Customer focused.
Skilled in working in cross-functional matrix team.
Good presentation skills.
Able to quickly assimilate and digest multiple, complex information.
A high level of computer literacy.
Experience in writing or reviewing scientific communications.
Open to assimilate and support other therapeutic areas if/when needed.
High level of self-motivation, proactive attitude, high-level of responsibility for customer's needs and demands.
High level of flexibility: action and result oriented.
