Mid-Senior Embedded C++ Software Engineer

We are looking for mid-senior level Embedded C++ Software Engineer to join the international development team of Seraphim Optronics with 8 members in Lithuania and 3 colleagues in Israel.

Together with the team you will work with the new product development to produce work you can be proud of.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Object Oriented C++ code development in Embedded Linux
• Software architecture design and review
• Code review and coaching junior developers
• Customer technical support and bug fixing
• Operate in an Agile development environment while collaborating with key stakeholders

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, or a relevant engineering field
• 5+ years of C++ programming experience
• A good understanding of Linux tools, libraries and open source development
• Familiarity with git source control tools and Atlassian Jira project management
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Confident team player motivated by a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

• Yocto build system, Bootloaders, Linux device drivers and BSP
• GStreamer/Video4Linux video frameworks
• ONVIF communication protocol
• Experience with embedded Linux systems and other programming languages: Python, C#
• Good understanding of Electronics Hardware
• Experience with i.MX and NVIDIA Jetson platforms
