Mobile network optimization engineer

• Radio optimization for LTE, 3G and 2G networks;
• Network development modelling, network capacity and QoS prediction;
• Radio network KPI analysis for troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting of RF based network performance complains
• Optimization of SWAP’ed and newly integrated sites
• Neighbors, frequencies and scrambling code planning and troubleshooting
• Investigation and resolution of logical and physical configuration faults of radio network

• Technical University or High school education in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
• English language skills (working proficiency)
• Desire to work in team environment
• Previous telecom experience is an advantage

• Onboarding hard and soft skills trainings
• Teamwork with highly experienced industry specialists
• Experience working with international projects
