Mobile Website Optimization Specialist - German

The main purpose of the role would be to assist business clients with optimizing the speed of their mobile websites. This could be achieved by suggesting a number of predefined remedies.

No hands-on coding or technical support would be required.

The focus of the role will be to:

Communicate with online advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video 

Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to optimise their mobile website

We are looking for bilingual (German and English-speaking) candidates, graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in technical support or any target- and process-driven environment.

Prior knowledge or experience supporting mobile websites is NOT required – we will provide very extensive training which will equip you to do the job well.

What we are looking for however, are candidates who have the aptitude to learn and understand how mobile websites work and how they can be optimised for speed.

That would require some interest in technical aspects of websites, e.g. the various platforms on which websites operate (CMS), how pictures can be optimized for size (Photoshop), etc.

These are very unique positions which combine B2B customer contact and a tremendous opportunity to learn the technical aspects of mobile websites.

There are a number of various career paths one can follow once successful in this role, from Managerial, through Technical, Subject Matter Expert, Quality or Process Excellence.

Fresh graduates with understanding of the web will also be considered.
