MS Dynamics AX Consultant

You will work in a team of 6 members: CIO, fellow Dynamics AX Consultants in Lithuania and Latvia, CRM consultant, IT consultants in Lithuania and Estonia.

As MS Dynamics AX Consultant, you will play an important role from analyzing and understanding business needs, through system implementation and continued support for internal users in Baltic countries. Communication with users, service providers and partners will be part of your work.

The main tasks of the role are:

- Users consultation on the spot
- Users support on service requests, incidents and system changes
- Solutions’ design and evaluation
- Solutions’ testing and implementation
- Manage user documentation: manuals, training materials, process descriptions and etc.

- Preferred 2-3 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX2012 would be an advantage)
- Previous experience working as an in-house/provider side MS Dynamics AX consultant
- Good knowledge of business processes and how those processes differentiate between the departments
- Analytical thinking
- Experience with end-user training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intellectually agile, as well as great problem-solver
- Good teamwork and organizational skills
- Fluency in English.
