MTS Offering Manager for Lithuania responsible for all aspects of hardware maintenance and software support business offerings in the Lithuania. He will drive the MTS Portfolio requirements' analysis and strategy as an entry point for standalone and market solution requests.
- Lead and coordination of all activities in Lithuania related to hardware maintenance and software support services offerings;
- Portfolio strategy and portfolio analysis for the Lithuania;
- Support for sales inquiries regarding MTS, support in identification of new opportunities, coordination of pricing requests, if needed also in face to face communication with the customer;
- To drive client satisfaction and business partner optimization.
Prerequisite:
- Standard hardware maintenance processes;
- Close cooperation with other lines of business;
- Market knowledge regarding Maintenance and offerings;
- Leadership Competencies;
- Industry Knowledge;
- Strategy Development and Communication.
