The main purpose of the role would be to assist business clients with optimizing the speed of their mobile websites. This could be achieved by suggesting a number of predefined remedies.
The nature of the positions vary.

Requirements
Some are more customer-service focused, others seek some technical knowledge (e.g. a basic HTML and CSS knowledge to help clients understand why their websites are slow to run, etc.)
We also have open roles which are focused solely on reviewing online content and ensuring data accuracy.
We are looking for bilingual (German and English-speaking) candidates, graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in technical support or customer service (or any other target- and process-driven environment.)
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Key success factors in these positions are adaptability and flexibility, good communication skills, ability to make independent judgement and a problem-solving nature.
