INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK® is a well known global company focused on checking customer service quality, using method of Mystery Shopping. ISC now is looking for critical, thoughtful and reserved persons of all ages, residing in Lithuania to analyze the service provided by various commercial outlets: restaurants, clothing or shoes shops, jewelry boutiques etc.

Requirements

Tasks given to Mystery Shopper:

1. To start cooperation, every candidate has to register in our database: http://www.multisearchweb.com/registration/account/new.jsp?currentLang=lt

2. From time to time, you will be receiving emails or calls when somewhere in Your town would be visits (checks) available

3. For every visit you will receive detailed instructions about where and when you would have to go, what you would have to look at etc. Usually we check cleanliness, friendliness of employees and their willingness to help You during your shop. All detailed informations always will be provided in instruction and given by telephone call from one of our coordinators. To get some specific checks, you will have to pass special certifications tests.

4. After you visit, you will have to write experience report telling us what exactly happened and answer questions of given questionnaire. All of those will be available online in Your personal Service Ckecker’s account.

5. Your fee will be agreed according to projects, before the visit, always visible in Your instructions. After performing correct check, money transfer will be arranged within few weeks time. If we will ask you to go to a different city, we will pay your travel expenses beside.

In addition, if we ask You to buy something, we will cover Your expenses.
So doing test check for us, you can eat for free, take new cloth for free etc.
