Job Description

Primary function:

• Contributing to the design of ships and maritime constructions
  
• Creating supporting maritime engineering and structural drawings, plus accompanying documents
  
• Carrying out structural design and weight and centre of gravity calculations

Requirements

Formal education:

• MTS (Vocational) diploma or relevant level of working
  
• Preferably Naval Architecture / Mechanical Engineering
  

Experience and other qualifications:

• Familiar with Naval / Marine Structures
  
• Understanding of constructions.
  

Knowledge of and experience with 2D and 3D CAD systems.
