Right now, we are looking for C# .Net developers with high team spirit and focus on our stakeholders to complement my team Automations Services.
I am Lars Engberg and I am leading the team Automation Services in Attended Channels. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
My job is super exiting and we are on an automation journey using RPA, C# .Net, AI / Machine Learning to automate processes in Customer Services, Order Handling and Telia Stores and it makes every day interesting. Beside the job I like to build and construct things, I also spend a lot of time with my grandsons and when I have time, I like fishing and to put on my backpack and spend a day in nature.
To complement the team, you need to have good experience of front- and backend development in ASP .NET / .NET Core. You are familiar with HTML / HTML5, JavaScript, ASP .NET MVC, and have experience with Azure, GIT, Teamcity, Entity Framework and MSSQL. We develop and manage web applications, client applications and APIs, both client-based, server-based and cloud environments. Within the team, we also participate and work in various projects in automation and AI, where we are challenged, develop our skills and contribute with ideas and solutions. We work agile and use Atlassian JIRA as a project base.
Your next challenge?
As a .Net developer, and maybe with RPA / AI competence, you will be a great contributor to make the day-to-day work of thousands of Telia call centre and Telia Store employees in a better place to work. You will work alongside with skilful and caring colleagues, developing and maintaining the systems and RPA processes that delivers value to the business who are responsible to handle all our customer errands. A Scrum Master leads the daily work.
We are on a journey of changing both our way of working, our delivery model and our IT system landscape – moving towards Future IT. This put us in focus and gives us both responsibility and opportunities.
We have a six-country perspective and You will work with different projects and initiatives from our stakeholders as well as take part in meetings where you will discuss and present ideas to improve our architecture, systems and team. You will also have great opportunities to grow within the team! Besides .Net developers we have roles and competences within RPA and AI/Machine Learning. You can grow within the same capability, or you can challenge yourself with new capabilities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Deliver to our stakeholders by developing and deploying automation solutions within the Capability/Delivery team
- Co-operate with business (users) and other areas in common deliveries
- Drive your area according to decisions and goals in a modern, agile and DevOps way.
Who are you?
Since our unit is spread out across several countries, you need to have good communication skills and you need to be a true team player. I believe you are solution-oriented, not afraid to initiate new solutions or initiatives, and have a natural drive to reach your goals. Being analytical is a large plus.
Your Experience:
- Programming experience - fluent in asp.net/.netcore, C#, JS
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Backend Services/Web API/System Integration experience
- Experience from working with agile methods.
It would be great if you also have:
- Html5, Azure, Git, RPA experience
- Experience from working closely with Stakeholders/users and have understanding for their needs.
