Job Description
Numero are looking to recruit a .NET Developer within their client delivery team in Kaunas. The .NET Developer will be leading solutions delivery projects internally in Kaunas by taking responsibility of the overall tasks progression and quality of the work.
The .NET Developer will be responsible for mentoring Kaunas solutions analyst, giving technical advises during projects, assigning or aligning technical tasks to team members, collaboration with solution architects and consultants regarding solution design queries.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in Numero software solution design activities
- Lead software solutions build phases via Numero inhouse software framework
- Breakdown Solution Design Documentation into technical tasks and assign these to team members
- Remove blockers and issues in project deliveries
- Monitor build tasks against estimates
- Support Kaunas analysts with technical expertise
- Ensure UX is considered
- Ensure high quality work in project deliveries
- Accommodate any technical constraints covered in the Technical Design document
Requirements
- Experience of working within IT industry and within a team delivering solutions to clients
- 3+ years of experience with C#
- Experience with Javascript, CSS and HTML would be considered as an advantage
- Teamwork/team player
