Job Description

You will develop a Loyalty system for one of the biggest retailers in Baltics! Loyalty is the core component in retailer's IT ecosystem, which enables customers to get the best shopping experience in-store and online.

We have a product strategy, which aims to enhance customer engagement and to move to microservice based architecture.

The team:

You'll be a part of a cross-functional team. Product management and design is performed on client's side, where software development is done on StrongPoint's side. Development team consists of 4 members: Tech Lead, 2 .NET Developers and 1 QA. You will be the lucky 5th member of the team!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, implement and deploy high availability solution in cloud and on premise
  • Participate in product design decisions and code reviews
  • Have customer focus and the ability to communicate directly with internal partners and customers
  • Write unit and integration tests
  • Analyze and maintain existing software applications

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in .NET Core projects
  • Extensive knowledge of C#, T-SQL, Rest/Soap services
  • Good refactoring skills
  • Proficient in English language
  • Good communication skills and able to take initiative
  • Energetic, independent, collaborative, and supportive

Will be considered as an advantage:

  • Experience in frontend development using modern JS frameworks
  • Hands - on experience with Azure and/or AWS
  • Hands - on experience with Kubernetes
  • Hands - on experience with Kafka
