Network Product Manager

As a Network Product Manager, you’ll be working with a highly motivated team working together with our customers in the Baltic region providing them with communication network solutions and services adapted to their current and future needs. In your role you will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of these solutions. You will also play an important part in the sales- and bidding process where you provide technical sales support. In this position you will interface with our customers, project managers, global support center, R&D and sales teams.

You’ll have the following responsibilities:

• Work with sales and marketing team to create and develop E2E solutions that fit the challenges of different telecom operators.
• Present technical solutions to our enterprise management level to European operators.
• Have a CTO / Solution Manager role in the sales team, analyze and operators meet their challenges and try to find a technical solution that suits them.
• Providing technical expertise to our customers in a pre-sales phase and find new opportunities for Huawei's products.
• Develop business opportunities through a consultative approach and take a more senior technical role when it comes to closing deals in the sales team.
• The role includes around 30% travel (business trip whole Baltic area).

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor or Higher degree within telecom, network or relevant.
• Have at least four years experience in technical sales, product / solution management, consultant in technology or have worked on design architecture of a telecom company.
 • Good understanding of Transmission and IP area, access is optional.
• Have knowledge in various technical telecom solutions, good understanding of Network Solutions from end-to-end.
• Is fluent in English.

For this position it’s important for you to be communicative and work well in a team. You’re good at coordinating and have a good resistance to stress.
