Detect new suppliers and optimize number of existing suppliers;
Contract and price negotiations as contribute to the profitability of the company;
Consulting and support of technical departments within the scope of procurement questions to achieve saving targets;
Supplier selection, supplier evaluation and reduction to optimize the existing supplier panel;
Clearance of invoice deviations (price differences) and claims of insufficient goods / services;
Offer evaluation, creation of offer comparisons, cost and price analyses, conduct negotiations and prepare sourcing decisions;
Ensure necessary transparency and documentation of sourcing decisions according to compliance guidelines;
Ensure collaboration and information flow with global and regional projects / initiatives;
Proceed in conformity with applicable legal requirements and other requirements, in conformity with internal requirements included in the quality and environment handbook, internal procedures and operating instructions.
Relevant working experience more than 3 years;
University degree in business / administration / engineering / finance;
English skills - fluently in oral & written;
MS Office, SAP skills;
