- To proactively manage office;
- To supervise contacts with office suppliers, to manage correspondence and other documents;
- To organize different activities, to ensure meetings and trainings with material, technical and other support;
- To assist in organizing Sales, Marketing and Medical activities, meetings, round tables, congresses, etc.;
- To manage agreements documentation flow;
To be responsible for local purchasing process and activities.
Requirements
- High education degree;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills of Lithuanian language;
- Excellent command of English language;
- 1-2 years working experience in Office Administrator position;
- Well organized and target oriented;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Self-driven and stress-resistant;
- High ethical standards and strict compliance with internal policies is essential.
