Job Description

Main tasks:
I. Providing a daily work routine process for the Sales team:
- support / assistance for Sales Department manager and Key Account manager;
- market research and analysis;
- client need research, preparation of tenders;
- maintenance of client database;
- maintenance of client relations;
- preparation of material for tenders.
II. Rent-a-car services provision:
- preparation and maintenance of offers and agreements;
- client servicing;
- organising and controlling client payment;
- client reservation maintenance and processing;
- preparation, maintenance and control of payment of invoices;
- maintaining the information in the system.
III. Office administration:
- organising incoming office calls / faxes / e-mails, etc.;
- correspondence and documentation;
- assistance to all employees;
- other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

Requirements

- outstanding sales abilities;
- excellent language skills in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
- good office program and database usage skills;
- knowledge of transport industry desirable;
- excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- ability to use PC;
- Driver’s licence Category B, at least 2 years experience.
