• Administration of internal documents, lease agreements, archiving
• Clarification of tenants need and requirements regarding the rented premises
• Ensure timely, continuous and responsible daily communication with tenants
• Coordination between the partners/service providers (cleaning, technical maintenance, security, accounting)
• Continuous supervision of requirements set by buildings internal order documents
• Monthly common charges calculation and invoicing tenants
• Payments discipline and bad debtors supervisory and acting procedures
• Preparation and presentation of annual rent incomes and common charges budget
• Correspondence monitoring, archiving
• Maintaining relationship with state and municipality institutions. Organize necessary inspection
• Daily coordination in the office to keep ordinary and smooth working process in the office
Requirements
• Experience in administration is necessary (preferable in a big company)
• Knowledge of marketing, real estate, trade
• To be focused on customer’s needs
• Higher education
• Fluency in English
• Perfect skills working with Excel
