
Office Administrator
Job Description
- Office Management: including office supplies, office cost management, assisting manager and other employees, ensuring effective productive working environment;
- Front Desk Management: representing company to clients, visitors and suppliers, managing incoming phone calls and forwarding them, managing conference rooms schedules, managing incoming and outgoing mail;
- Assisting Manager: executing administrative tasks according to Manager's needs, coordinating internal communication, archiving relevant duments;
- Internal communication: cooperating regularly with other employees and assisting them if needed.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- Experience in office management (skills in preparing documentation, assisting manager, etc.);
- Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written (good presentation and writing skills);
- Active, communicative, stress-resistant, flexible, hard-working and devoted person;
- Fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage;
- MS Office proficiency including MS Excel;
- Willing to work hard in a start-up office with a young and ambitious team.
