Office Administrator

Job Description

• To ensure daily office work (incoming, outgoing correspondence, supervision of company’s internal information and document flow, etc.)

• To ensure accounting operations – invoices, work schedules, etc.

• To organize internal and external logistics of product samples, packaging and ingredients

• Communicate, lead and collaborate with other team members

• To assist in the processing of retail orders

• To organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment

• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for company management.

Requirements

• One to two years of administrative or accounting experience in an office environment

• Proven excellent English language skills, both written and oral.

• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with attention to details

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
