Job Description

The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • office administration and administrative support;
  • assisance to the Managing Director;
  • dealing with and processing invoices;
  • management of reception-desk;
  • traveling arrangements.


Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a similar position;
  • fluent English (other languages a plus);
  • planning and organizational skills;
  • punctuality, flexibility, self-confidency;
  • friendly, team oriented and able to serce as first impression for the office;
  • computer literacy;
  • driver's license.
