Job Description
- Coordination of office activities;
- Administration of incoming calls and incoming correspondence;
- Organization and maintenance of smooth office work, reception, and service of guests;
- Assistance in organizing meetings, business trips, and company events;
- Company documentation and correspondence management (preparation, analysis, administration, and archiving of internal documents);
- Administration of personnel files (hiring records, layoffs, holiday leaves, amendments to employment contracts, preparation of job descriptions, timesheet records, etc.);
- Participation in HR projects;
- Additional administrative and organizational tasks.
Requirements
- Higher Education;
- At least 1 year of similar work experience;
- Excellent computer skills, experience working with Vikarina would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication, organizational, time planning, and prioritization skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
- Fluency in English;
- Category B driving license.
