Administration of incoming calls and incoming correspondence;
Organization and maintenance of smooth office work, reception, and service of guests;
Assistance in organizing meetings, business trips, and company events;
Company documentation and correspondence management (preparation, analysis, administration, and archiving of internal documents);
Administration of personnel files (hiring records, layoffs, holiday leaves, amendments to employment contracts, preparation of job descriptions, timesheet records, etc.);
Participation in HR projects;
Additional administrative and organizational tasks.
Requirements
Higher Education;
At least 1 year of similar work experience;
Excellent computer skills, experience working with Vikarina would be an advantage;
Excellent communication, organizational, time planning, and prioritization skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
Fluency in English;
Category B driving license.
