Job Description

  • Coordination of office activities;
  • Administration of incoming calls and incoming correspondence;
  • Organization and maintenance of smooth office work, reception, and service of guests;
  • Assistance in organizing meetings, business trips, and company events;
  • Company documentation and correspondence management (preparation, analysis, administration, and archiving of internal documents);
  • Administration of personnel files (hiring records, layoffs, holiday leaves, amendments to employment contracts, preparation of job descriptions, timesheet records, etc.);
  • Participation in HR projects;
  • Additional administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements

  • Higher Education;
  • At least 1 year of similar work experience;
  • Excellent computer skills, experience working with Vikarina would be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Category B driving license.
