Job Description

● Ensuring highest-quality office experience
● Nurturing a positive working environment
● Managing day-to-day office operations; overseeing and coordinating overall office
activities and providing administrative support to the executive leadership
● Managing relationship with facilities management; coordinating office maintenance
and support needs
● Coordinating all efforts related to recruitment, onboarding, and termination of full-time, part-time and temporary employees
● Structuring, analyzing and reporting information about employees
● Administering HR policies, procedures, workflows and periodic updates to employee handbook
● Information flow and correspondence management
● Assisting in planning and arranging events
● Addressing employee needs, challenges or other inquiries

Requirements

● Experience in working with operational or administrative tasks (HR administration would be an advantage)
● Good time management and prioritization skills
● Passion for helping people
● Positive can-do attitude and good communication skills
● Problem assessment and problem solving skills
● Good MS Office skills
● Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
