Office assistant (part time job)

Job Description

• General clerical duties (willing to many different tasks);
• Keep track for vacation/days off/over time of employees;
• Support book keeping (but book keeping skills are not required);
• Assistant to Manager;
• Order things for office, book business travel.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in English;
• Good knowledge in Excel;
• Bright and positive attitude;
• Accurate
• Responsible
• Part time 2-3 days a week;
