- Overall assistance to colleagues in the office;
- Copying and filing documents;
- Drafting simple documents in Lithuanian and English;
- Coordinating corporate events, organizing business trips;
- Preparation and alterations of company‘s internal documents;
- Performing different kind of organizational tasks.
- Higher education diploma;
- At least 2 years experience as a secretary or office assistant is a must;
- Fluent English is a must (both written and verbal);
- Warm personality with strong communication skills;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Team player and a self-driven person;
- Excellent planning skills;
- Driving license.
