• Overall assistance to colleagues in the office;
• Copying and filing documents;
• Drafting simple documents in Lithuanian and English;
• Coordinating corporate events, organizing business trips;
• Preparation and alterations of company‘s internal documents;
• Performing different kind of organizational tasks.
• Higher education diploma;
• At least 2 years experience as a secretary or office assistant is a must;
• Fluent English is a must (both written and verbal);
• Warm personality with strong communication skills;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Team player and a self-driven person;
• Excellent planning skills;
• Driving license.
