Our Client is a subsidiary of Scandinavia's largest aerosol manufacturer with a production of 20 million sprays a year. The company is expanding it’s production line in Lithuania.
Work description: assisting company’s management to perform tasks, varying from accounting to logistics and purchase. Administration of correspondence, preparation and archiving of documents, communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues from foreign countries.
o university degree;
o at least 2 years experience as an office manager or administrator;
o fluency in Lithuanian and English;
o good PC skills;
o general comprehension in logistics and accountancy;
o excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, responsibility;
o valid driving license.
o knowledge of Russian, Polish or Swedish languages;
o university degree in chemistry or other technical science.
