UAB “NKT Lithuania” SSC in Kaunas is looking for Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The aim of the role will be to organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate smooth running of an office and carry out a range of administrative tasks, assisting with General Manager and supporting with HR.

 

What can you expect from the position?

You will be based in an international environment in a modern office at Kauno Dokas. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. As Office Manager you will work in close co-operation with different teams and employees in SSC as well as management. In this position you will also have an opportunity to work with HR documentation. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Front Office activities and administration.
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
  • Partner with HR to support with HR documentation.
  • Maintain the good office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organise company in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, security services, entrance cards, parking, etc.
  • Maintain security by implementing procedures and controlling access.
  • Maintain safe and secure working environment.
  • Support local teams with ad-hoc requests.

What do we expect from the candidate

We are looking for a person who is responsible, communicative, and always shares a smile and good mood with others. You will not only be our Company face, but You will work with various activities. We expect that you have:

  • Higher education degree in Administration is an advantage.
  • Proven work experience as a corporate Office Manager, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Fluent skills of Lithuanian and English languages both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership and the ability to ‘make things happen’.
  • Good Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
  • Good organizational skills, persistency, and structure.
  • Effective driver's license.
