Simplex is a leading fintech company focused on online payment processing and fraud prevention. We process credit card payments for goods and services sold online in the most high-risk industries while providing merchants with zero fraud exposure (all fraud chargebacks are on us!). We are now hiring an Onboarding/Underwriting Manager to work closely with our Acquiring Bank partners and help guide our merchants into becoming compliant with Visa and Mastercard rules throughout. We’re looking for someone who wants to be involved in credit card processing and compliance regulations as well as nurturing successful relationships with the merchants and the underwriting & compliance teams at our Acquiring Banks. What you will do : - Responsible for end to end merchant experience and satisfaction during the multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction onboarding process - Collaborate with the internal product and service implementation teams in order to provide the merchant with a smooth onboarding process - Build relationships with merchants and banks in order to reach industry standards - Guide merchants through Visa’s and Mastercard’s compliance processes - Analyze company documentation and business models - Resolve compliance issues with onboarded merchants - Manage and coordinate client and internal partner communication and status updates - Think, think, think – New and bright ideas are the foundation of what we do!
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the credit card industry, compliance sector of acquiring banks, finance, or high-tech - Bachelor’s degree - Excellent command of verbal and written English - Superb communication skill- ability to influence others for positive results - Analytical mindset - experienced problem solver and critical thinker - Adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment - Team player
