    My name is Valdas Babravičius and I am leading the Online Sales team.  We are a diverse team of strong and energetic leaders, passionate about our customers, technology and Telia. We are looking for a new team member, responsible for Direct Online Communication.

    Your next challenge?

    Your main responsibility and challenge will be to develop and execute effective & efficient direct online communication via newsletters and self-service.

    Work with peers & other business units (digitalization, commerce, marketing teams) to identify customers & business needs to ensure direct communication impact to online sales growth & splendid customer experience.

    Who are you?

    This is a great opportunity to enforce your knowledge & skills as well as gain new one by practicing learning by doing attitude.

    You are proactive, result oriented & always hungry for more. You have excellent analytical, communication, time management, planning, prioritizing skills & passion for digital.

    You were successful in managing online sales campaigns (preferably newsletter campaigns).

  • Well organized/disciplined
  • Communicative in nature with positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism
  • Able to work in a team with a diverse group of colleagues and managers
  • Stay cool in stressful situations
  • Your Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing online sales campaigns (preferably newsletter campaigns) to drive performance and achieving business goals
  • Operate in highly complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Speak and write fluent in English

    Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1900-2900 eur (gross) plus quarterly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
