Job Description

You would handle requests that facilitate the money transfer process. The requests come from our customers across EMEA and you'll be required
to meet a high level of service excellence in responding to the customer's requests on products & services, software, accounting. These requests
are primarily received into the centre via phone calls.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and good in English;
  
• Excellent customer service mindset;
  
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of analytical and problem solving techniques;
  
• Good understanding of today's technology.
