Job Description

You will work with bank to bank foreign currency exchange services that allow clients across 38 countries (mainly US, Canada, Australia, UK,
France, etc.) to book online transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help customers to enroll to online foreign currency exchange system
Assist clients prior to the activation and use of their account, assess and approve client requests
Handle post-activation client-facing activities related to trading, value-added products and support for issues

Requirements

Fluency in English ( additional language French, Spanish, German required)
Excellent customer service mindset
Strong communication skills and knowledge of analytical and problem solving techniques
Good understanding of today's technology standards (PC-level, software systems)
Comfortable working within clearly defined processes
Problem identification and solution.
University degree (or last year student)
