Job Description

You will work with bank to bank foreign currency exchange services that allow clients across 38 countries (mainly US, Canada, Australia, UK, France, etc.) to book online transactions.


  • Help customers to enroll to online foreign currency exchange system
  • Assist clients prior to the activation and use of their account, assess and approve client requests
  • Handle post-activation client-facing activities related to trading, value-added products and support for issues


  • Fluency in English ( additional language French, Spanish, German a huge plus)
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of analytical and problem solving techniques
  • Good understanding of today's technology standards (PC-level, software systems)
  • Comfortable working within clearly defined processes
  • Problem identification and solution.
  • University degree (or last year student)
  • Ability to work night hours (from 5-6 p.m. to 2-3 a.m.)
