Job Description

As an Operational Performance Management Business partner you will be a part of the Development and Implementation Team within Global Utilities, very much focusing on AML related activities. You would play a supportive role in setting up the operational performance management structure for related area.
This job requires that you are ambitious, self-propelled and excellent with numbers as you will be also responsible for maintaining data accuracy and actively working with development and validation of operational reports, end-user support and participating in the development of new performance reporting in collaboration with team colleagues.
You will be working in the cross field between business users, business analysts and IT developers.

Focus area

  • Interfacing with all managers in given area/function, to build the solid operational performance management concept and framework, including, but not limited to, format, KPIs and audience to ensure alignment of the concept and framework with all stakeholders and implement it.
  • Establishing solid and efficient Operational KPIs control set up within given functional area, as well as ensure continuous improvement of the above.
  • Interfacing with Finance function to ensure tracking and adhering to financial targets and KPIs.
  • Ownership and responsibility of budgeting process from business perspective within given functional area.
  • Supporting operational functions within given area in regards to financial and operational development.
  • Combining business needs and analytical power to build an optimized and tailor made reporting portfolio for better business operations management and decision making.
  • Ensuring constant collection, analysis and data information in right time and manner.
  • Ensuring importing, transforming, and rationalizing data from systems of record.
  • Improving data validation processes and data quality, accuracy with business application owners.
  • Building and leading the team of operational performance analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Management Information Systems, Finance or related.
  • Solid understanding and experience in operational management.
  • Experience in data analysis and report development.
  • Ability to gain extensive new business knowledge.
  • A comprehensive analytical toolbox - strong or expert skills in data transformation and analysis.
  • A good eye for visualization, layout and graphics and its importance.
  • Understanding and having interest in business processes in a KPI driven manner.
  • Professional or academic experience with the financial sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
