Right now, we are looking for an Operational Level Analyst to Country Delivery Sweden.
I am Mats Sköldborg and I am leading Service Management. We are a great bunch of people, running core IT activities, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, procurement, HR and finance operations.

Your next challenge?

This is a great opportunity if you love combining technology, economy, business and customer relationships. You will responsible for operational service level management which contains develop, document and continuous measuring, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on IT Service in e2e target production flows. Today we act reactive and we need to change to be more proactive.

My team Service Management has responsibility in several areas; IT Delivery Coordination, Business analysis and requirements, Release Management and Service Management. One part is responsibility to deliver IT Development and manage releases in value-streams, projects and smaller assignments, the other part is way of working i.e. running IT delivery coordination, requirement process, hands on service management based ITIL.

You will start working in Mass-market value stream together with the IT Service owner, and in close connection to business stakeholders. After a while we will broaden the scope.

Who are you?

You have a passion for customers, technology and leadership. To fit the bill, you have worked in IT with operational and/or service level management, defining and documenting service agreements, development of measuring, analyzing and reporting systems. You have experience from analyzing collected data, analyzing performance trends and problem impacts, compiling reports and presenting for stakeholders. You have a good understanding of customers and business, and experience from ITIL Operational Service Level agreements.

Your Experience:

  • Developed and continuously worked with ITIL Operational and Service Level management
  • Hands on developed measuring and reporting systems, analyzing data and produce reports
  • Ability to analyze data, see patterns and trends and provide solutions or suggestions to deviations and problems

We offer a monthly base salary from 1,416 to 2,123 (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
