Operations Manager for our Payments Team

The Kilo Health Payments Team is looking for an Operations Manager with wide knowledge of the e-commerce industry and a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.Do you have excellent business judgment and do you always pay close attention to details? Get Ready to

• Help Kilo Health product teams to establish, optimize, and automate processes.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence Analysts to identify areas of improvement.
• Document new business and IT processes and overseeing teams responsible for implementation. 
• Monitor newly deployed processes and ensuring they’re working as expected. 
• Communicate with partners about integrations which are required to establish new processes or improve existing ones.  
• Monitor partners performance to see if invoices are issued correctly. 
• Support finance and payment teams with improving existing processes.
• Provide support for teams where new processes are being implemented.
• And you’ll be reporting directly to our Head of Payments.

What We Expect

• At least 2+ years of experience in process analysis and optimization, process management, business analysis, project management or similar background.
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of processes in an e-commerce environment. 
• Willingness to learn, not only in depth, but in width. 
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Curiosity and a highly collaborative work ethic.
• Be well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Interest in e-commerce and the technology that drives it.
• High-level of computer literacy – including strong Excel skills and the ability to draw flow charts and activity diagrams. 
• Ability to organize work in situations where ambiguity is present.
