Job Description
IT Solution Delivery (ISD) is a cross divisional support function within Business Support. We provide business oriented and cost efficient IT development and maintenance for SEB. ISD consists of the following areas: TCM, Wealth & Securities, Core Solutions, Front, Supporting Systems, Project Office, Application Infrastructure and Business Development & Support. IT in SEB is on a change journey to become more business oriented, effective and strategic. As a system maintainer you will be responsible for maintenance, minor enhancements, development and configuration of the set of IT solutions in Financing and Loans area. You will also take place in projects securing the deliveries from maintenance team.
What you can expect:
- solving incidents and problems
- development and implementation of minor enhancements: reports, integrations, system configuration
- daily maintenance tasks (2nd and 3rd level support: environment support, health check of the system and integrations)
- patching the systems (together with IT administrators)
- collaboration with other teams within SEB group and/or vendors
- proactive communication stakeholders within SEB
- taking part in projects in Financing and Loans area and participating in all testing phases
Requirements
What we expect:
- IT related education
- 2 years’ experience of working with Oracle Server and SQL development
- experience working with Tomcat and MS Windows Server/Linux
- experience maintaining Java/Web applications
- analytic skills for problem investigation and solving
- customer focused and proactive
- good communication skills
- knowledge sharing and best practices between the teams
- fluency in English (written and verbal)
Advantages:
- similar job or developer (Oracle , Java, C#, iReports, Crystal reports) experience
- business knowledge about leasing, factoring or loans
- Agile and ITIL knowledge
