Order Administration Staff is behind the Service Desk. He or she solves problems, which cannot be solved by Service Desk themselves. He or she is responsible for supporting customer by carrying out requests regarding user access to various systems and applications or sending it to the relevant resolver group. He or she receives requests and ensures that the customer receives a support in a proper manner. Order Administration Staff works with one or multiple customers.
Speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
Danish, Swedish of Norwegian knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Basic knowledge of IT.
Systems and applications knowledge is an advantage.
Motivation to learn IT.
Good communication skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Ability to learn fast, flexibility and enthusiasm.
