
Order Administration Staff
Job Description
Order Administration Staff is part of the Service Desk. He or she handles orders from the customer regarding HW/SW and access rights to various systems. He or she is responsible for supporting customer by carrying out orders regarding user access to various systems and applications or sending it to the relevant resolver group. He or she receives orders and ensures that the customer receives a support in a proper manner. Order Administration Staff works with one or multiple customers.
Requirements
Speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
Danish, Swedish of Norwegian knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Good knowledge of IT.
Knowledge about AD/exchange is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Motivation to learn IT.
Good communication skills.
Ability to learn fast, flexibility and enthusiasm.
