Job Description
The scope of functions:
Lead overland department and maintain smooth it's daily operational workflow;
Follow up set targets and ensure futher growth of department;
Development of dept strategy and implementation of new products / services;
Maintain relations with current customers and pro-active sales of services to new ones;
Co-operate with Kuehne + Nagel European stations;
Motivate associates, supervise their performance;
Report to country and regional manager.
