Sales Manager – motorcycle apparel and protective gear - Automotive industry – Vilnius

Salary range: 2500 – 3000€ base bruto + bonuses

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with potential customers (distributors, agents, dealers).
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our distributors in a trustworthy, transparent, and efficient manner.
  • Identify the needs of motorcycle accessory shops and dealers and offer hands-on solutions to support their business's growth.
  • Give presentations about the PANDO MOTO gear, explain the features, USP, and special offers face-to-face and online.
  • Work closely with our ERP and manage all orders on time to ensure that our loyal partners are always happy.
  • Identify, monitor, and analyze business opportunities specific to every partner.
  • Work closely with the whole team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Plan, manage and reach quarterly sales targets.

Reikalavimai

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Account Managers or Key Account Managers with a successful sales track record is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly analyze business situations, identify opportunities and make decisions based on ROI
  • Excellent communication and writing skills: you know how to be persistent and achieve your goals while remaining friendly and calm
  • English + one other European language is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in managing ERP and CRM
  • Experience in selling consumer goods and/or working with distributors is a bonus
