Sales Director for Latvia and Lithuania

  • Develop a sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals, monitor the execution of defined targets, and adjust the strategy as needed to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct daily market and competitor analyses and provide proposals for sales strategies, including product portfolio and pricing adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with store quality standards and guidelines
  • Analyze store efficiency and provide proposals for improvements to the company's Management Board.
  • Provide daily training to both store and B2B sales representatives on existing and new product categories, as well as active sales techniques.
  • Oversee the professional development and motivation of the team.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Reikalavimai

  • Business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in active sales, we will appreciate the knowledge in the timber and woodfuel product categories.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team to achieve higher goals.
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
  • Valid driver's license.
