Conduct daily market and competitor analyses and provide proposals for sales strategies, including product portfolio and pricing adjustments.
Ensure compliance with store quality standards and guidelines
Analyze store efficiency and provide proposals for improvements to the company's Management Board.
Provide daily training to both store and B2B sales representatives on existing and new product categories, as well as active sales techniques.
Oversee the professional development and motivation of the team.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in active sales, we will appreciate the knowledge in the timber and woodfuel product categories.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team to achieve higher goals.
Proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
Valid driver's license.
