Job Description

-Take telephone calls/answer emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner
-Provide information about our services and products
-Fill in customers' details in our CRM system
-Update adverts of our properties in various property portals
-Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email
-Perform any other relevant duties that may be dictated by the changing needs of the service

-Working days: Friday, Saturday, Monday and occasionally half day or a few hours on Sundays

Requirements

- You must have a very good command of English, a decent Laptop / PC, and reliable, fast internet.
- Great customer service / phone skills, possibly with some sales and / or marketing experience
- Able to do general secretarial duties
- Able to work independently. Smart. Clever. Resourceful. High attention to detail

- Working Time Zone: 10AM - 6PM UK time
- Location: Home-based
